Why don't you list fixed monthly prices?
Because we build bespoke automation, not a subscription product. Every workflow has a different scope, so we quote each engagement after a short scoping conversation, and the estimate is fixed before work begins.
How long does a typical project take?
A discovery sprint runs two to three weeks. A production build typically lands in six to twelve weeks depending on the number of integrations and approval paths involved.
Can we start small?
Yes, and most clients do. A discovery sprint is a low-risk way to validate a process and see exactly what a build would involve before committing to it.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. You own the code and the system. We document the architecture and hand it over so your team can run and extend it independently.
What happens after launch?
You can take full ownership, or move onto a managed automation retainer where we monitor, tune, and extend the system as your business changes.
