StromHold launches AI communication assistants for Microsoft 365

StromHold Technologies today announced the general availability of its AI communication assistants for Microsoft 365. Built on Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search, the assistants draft policy-aware responses directly inside Outlook and Teams, grounded in each organisation’s own documents.

The assistants are designed for regulated teams: every response is grounded in approved source material, data stays inside the customer’s Azure tenant, and a human reviews anything that carries real consequence before it is sent. Each AI-assisted action is fully logged for audit.

“Teams want the speed of AI without giving up control of their data or their decisions,” said the StromHold team. “Grounding the model in the customer’s own content, keeping data in their tenant, and keeping a person in the loop is what makes this usable in finance, legal, and HR.”

The assistants are available now as part of StromHold’s automation engagements.
